Dr. Eka is a psychiatrist, trauma therapist, and mindfulness coach known for her warm and heartfelt greeting as a content creator, “Hi, how are you?”. Her deep belief that even in a fast-moving world, we can choose to live with awareness, gentleness, inner clarity, and self-leadership.
She became a medical doctor in 2011, a psychiatrist in 2020, and earned her Ph.D. in Psychiatry in 2024 from Niigata University, Japan, with a research focus on mental health in the population of women, children, and adolescents.
